Is the white vinyl permanent material on your labels waterproof? Can it be used for outdoor applications?

White vinyl is a plastic material that is dishwasher safe and meant for outdoor use. It is water resistant but not 100% waterproof. To make vinyl waterproof a special layer of plastic (lamination) must be added after printing. Laminating a sticker/label will protect it from water, oil and sun. Laminate is an overlay with a layer of plastic which is applied to protect the vinyl from the elements. Our 4mil white vinyl is UV coated so even without lamination it is very durable and can be used outdoors and is UV resistant.
