Who arranges shipping for large orders, and do I have to coordinate with a freight company?

Either side can, and it is decided case by case. Most customers ask 4OVER4 to arrange the freight and add the cost to their bill; if you prefer, you can book your own freight pickup instead. Email support@4over4.com with your order details to set it up.
- Usually: 4OVER4 books the freight carrier and bills you for the freight.
- Your choice: arrange your own freight pickup, and 4OVER4 provides estimated box dimensions and weights for your quote.
- Standard shipping may still be an option depending on the order size.
Tell the team your delivery address, any dock or lift gate needs, and your deadline, and they will confirm whether it ships standard or by freight.
