Question

What should I know about shipping large format items like foam core boards?

Answer

Large-format rigid items like foam core boards can run into carrier size limits, so it is worth checking feasibility before you order. Oversized pieces can exceed parcel guidelines and, in some cases, lead to a cancellation.

  • Boards such as 36 x 24 inches may hit size restrictions with parcel carriers
  • Freight or specialty handling can be needed for the largest sizes
  • Contact support with your exact dimensions and shipping address to confirm shipping is possible

Confirming the shipping method up front avoids a surprise hold or cancellation after you place the order.
