What should I do if shipping options don't appear during checkout?
Answer
When carrier options like UPS do not appear at checkout, it is almost always because a valid shipping address has not been saved to the account yet. A quick fix gets the methods to show.
- Add and save your shipping address in your account address book.
- Return to checkout and confirm the shipping methods now appear.
- If they still do not load, place the order as customer pickup so you can complete it.
- Then contact support with your order number and ask them to switch it to your preferred shipping method.
Support can update the method after the order is placed, so a missing option at checkout never has to hold up your job.
