Can you merge multiple orders and ship them together?
Answer
Since we have a multiple-item shopping cart system, please use it to your advantage. We will consolidate all items in the same order in as few boxes as possible. If you have multiple separate orders, we cannot guarantee shipping them together.
- Separate orders can only be considered for consolidation when they share one identical delivery address.
- Request consolidation as early as possible, ideally before the orders enter production, since it depends on the jobs finishing close enough together to ship as one.
- Very large or oddly sized items may still need their own box even when combined.
