If my account is set as tax exempt, when does the tax removal apply?

When your account is flagged tax exempt, the tax comes off at the point you finalize the order, not before.

• Taxes are removed automatically when you authorize and place your order.
• You may still see tax displayed earlier in the ordering flow.
• The final placed order reflects the exemption with no sales tax charged.
• If the final total still includes tax, contact support so they can review the account flag.
