Can I place a reprint with changes to the quantity or paper stock from the original order?
Yes, you can! If you wish to print an exact reorder with the same artwork as before, you can still modify order details such as:
- Quantity changes
- Paper stock changes
- Option changes (for example, adding rounded corners this time)
- Turnaround speed
- Shipping address
Log into your account and look under your order history. Locate the order you wish to reprint and select "reprint" from the drop down menu at the far right. Once you select "reprint," you can edit the order details such as size, quantity and paper type. Because the artwork carries over from the original order, only the specs you edit change. After making your changes, follow the prompted steps and confirm the updated options before checkout.
Important: if you want to change your files, this is not considered a reprint and you will not be able to place the order this way. The reprint process will not allow you to upload new files; a brand new order must be placed instead.
