Yes. You can cancel an order and receive a refund, and your best chance of a full refund is to reach out before the job moves into production.

• Contact customer support as soon as possible with your order number, account information, and cancellation request.
• If the order has not yet started printing, it can usually be stopped and refunded in full.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method, so card payments return to the card you used, and any coins applied to the order are returned to your account.
• Once printing is underway, cancellation may no longer be possible because materials and press time are already committed.

Because print jobs move quickly, acting immediately gives you the widest window to stop the order before production begins.
