What sizes are available for Real Estate Posts?

Real Estate Posts come in the following sizes: Small Post: 24" x 18", 24" x 36" Large Post: 36" x 24", 36" x 48" Both the small and the large post versions are 6' tall, but the horizontal hanging arm on the small post is 24" wide, while the horizontal hanging arm on the large post is 36" wide.
