Will my proof look exactly like the final printed product?

Your online proof shows your design with the correct orientation and content, so it is an accurate check of what will print. What it is not is a pixel-perfect match on your screen, because the proof may be resized or zoomed for on-screen viewing.

A few things to keep in mind as you review:

• Size adjustments: if your file was submitted at the wrong dimensions, your file rep will resize it so it prints correctly, and you will get a message letting you know a change was made.
• On-screen scaling: zoom and screen size can make the proof look larger or smaller than the finished piece.
• Content and layout: use the proof to confirm text, images, and placement are exactly what you want.

Review it carefully. If anything is not right, reject the proof and re-upload your file at the correct dimensions, and a new proof will be generated.
