If you need to fix a proof and have not approved it yet, act quickly so the order is not sent to print in the meantime.
- Notify support right away so the job is held.
- Update your artwork using the online design tool.
- The team regenerates and posts new proofs for your review.
- Approve the corrected proof to release the job.
As long as you have not approved, the proof stage keeps the job on hold until the fix is done.
