What is the online proof and how do I use it?

The online proof is your on-screen review of the order before it prints, and accepting it is what authorizes printing. It is free, and you can request it while configuring your product at checkout; the file review team opens your artwork, checks it against print specifications, and posts the proof to your account, with an email notification when it is ready.

1. Log into your account and click the blue proof button near your order, then click Continue to view it.
2. Open the proof and check the text, images, colors, and layout, and confirm it matches your specifications for size and sides. Treat it as a draft preview: use it to verify content and placement rather than to judge exact print sharpness.
3. If something needs changing, reject the proof with comments or notify support with the updated files.
4. Once everything is correct, accept the proof, enter your shipping address, and click Approve to finalize and authorize printing.
5. Do not accept until you have fully reviewed every detail.

Treat approval as final sign-off, since the order moves to press the moment you accept. Nothing prints, and your card is not charged, until you approve, so the proof stage is a no-risk checkpoint.
