• Free Online Proof: usually uploaded to your account within minutes when the product qualifies for auto-proofing, otherwise in about 20 minutes or within one business day after your order is made, with an email letting you know it is ready. Straightforward files move to proof faster, while detailed or multi-page artwork can take longer. Check spelling, colors, image placement, and bleed carefully, then approve the proof or request changes directly from your account; nothing prints until you approve.
• Straight to Production: an online proof is posted to your account but needs no further action on your part if your artwork meets all the print standards for a high quality print. You will not receive an email that the proof is available, but it will be posted to your account.
• Hard Copy Proof: usually takes up to 1 to 2 business days to produce.
