How do digital proofs work before I checkout?
Answer
An order is created in the system only after you complete checkout, and no charges are applied when the order is created. If you select free online proofs, the review happens before you pay for production.
- The file team reviews your order and posts digital proofs
- You receive an email notification letting you know they are ready
- You view and review the proofs in your account
- After reviewing, you authorize the order for production using the card you entered
