Can I get a proof of my order if I didn't save one?

If you did not save your proof, whether you can still get a copy depends on how the order was placed. Straight-to-production jobs may not have a stored proof, but support can check what is on file.

• Contact 4OVER4 customer support with your order number and details.
• They will look up whether a proof was generated and saved for that order.
• For orders set to straight-to-production, a proof may not be available after printing.

Going forward, save or download your proof during the approval step, before the job goes to print, so you always have a record of exactly what was approved.
