Question
Can I change from a physical proof to a digital proof?
Answer
Yes, both physical and digital proofs are available, and you can switch to digital-only if you would rather approve online than wait for a printed sample in the mail.
| Proof type | How you review | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Digital (online) | View and approve in your account | Fast turnaround, layout and content checks |
| Physical (hard copy) | Printed sample mailed to you | Judging exact color and stock on press |
To move from a physical to a digital proof, contact the team and ask to update your order settings so you can approve online instead.
