Why am I still receiving payment/authorization emails if I've already approved my order?
Answer
Reminder emails usually mean the final authorization step has not been completed yet, so the order is still waiting to go to print.
- Log into your 4OVER4 account and click on the order to approve it.
- Add your CVV code and click authorize to send the order to print.
- Make sure this final step is done, since the order will not proceed to production without it.
- Once authorized, the reminder emails stop as the order moves forward.
