If I enter an incorrect CVV code during payment, can I correct it?
Answer
An incorrect CVV or a declined card is easy to fix without losing your order. You have two ways to correct it.
- Update your payment details in your account settings, then return to the order and approve it.
- Or contact customer support and an agent can correct the card and process the payment for you.
The CVV is the short security code on your card, so re-check that it is entered in full before you resubmit.
If you approved your proof but left a required payment detail such as the CVV blank, return to the order page, enter it and submit; the order is then approved and released to print.
