What size are your grommets and how apart do you typically place them?

Outdoor Banners: We use #2 grommets, they are 3/8" and brass in color. Grommets are placed in all 4 corners, and from there they will be placed every 2 feet and 1 foot as necessary. Indoor Banners: With indoor banners you have the choice of white, black, brass or satin nickel.
