My banner arrived with creases or wrinkles because it was folded for shipping

Larger banners are folded to ship within carrier size limits. As of January 1, 2018, both FedEx and UPS changed their oversized fees, which is why banners past a certain size are folded rather than shipped in a large roll. Folding can leave temporary creases, but they usually relax once the banner is hung.
