What type of files do you accept for Letterheads?
Print-ready PDF is preferred for letterheads because it preserves fonts and layout, with several other formats accepted as backups.
| File type | Notes |
|---|---|
| Preferred. Print-ready, fonts embedded. | |
| JPG | Accepted at full resolution. |
| TIFF | Accepted for high-detail artwork. |
| EPS | Accepted for vector logos and text. |
- Design at 300 DPI so logos and fine type stay sharp.
- Leave clear margins if you plan to imprint the sheets later on your own printer.
AI and flattened PSD files are accepted too. Set the file to CMYK, add 0.125" bleed on every side if the design runs to the edge, and embed fonts or convert text to outlines. Keep the logo and address block inside the safe margin.
