Send rack card artwork as a print-ready PDF where you can. The format keeps fonts, colors, and layout fixed, which is what makes the print match the design.
- PDF (preferred): flatten transparencies and embed all fonts
- AI and EPS: vector files with fonts converted to outlines
- PSD and TIFF: flatten layers before exporting
