Sharing on social media earns coins, and on free business cards the shipping is covered once you hold 500 coins. If the charge is still showing, the share has usually not been credited to your account yet. A few checks clear it up.

• Make sure the share was completed and posted publicly, not saved as a draft or set to a private audience.
• Confirm you are signed in to the same account you used when you shared, so the coins land on the right profile.
• Apply the reward before you reach the final payment step, since it will not add itself after the order is placed.
• Give the platform a moment to confirm the share, then refresh your cart so the shipping line updates.

If the charge stays after that, contact our Support Team with your account email and order number so they can check the share and your coin balance. Every other order is quoted shipping at checkout, so a retail order will always show a delivery cost.
