Question

I didn't use the template for Free Business Cards. How can I complete the order without starting over?

Answer

If you started your Free Business Cards without our template, you usually do not have to scrap everything and begin again. Our team can often help adjust the file so it fits the free order requirements.

  • Reach out to our support team before restarting.
  • Have your existing design file ready so they can review it.
  • They will let you know what needs to change so the order can go through.
