Question
What are the CMYK values of the color insert seams in your Layer Cake Collection?
Answer
The Layer Cake Collection sandwiches a colored insert between printed layers, and that visible seam of color is what gives the cards their name. If you want your artwork to complement the seam, here are the closest CMYK values for the insert colors so you can match or coordinate your design.
| Seam color | C | M | Y | K |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pacific Breeze | 100 | 35 | 0 | 0 |
| Orange Fizz | 0 | 44 | 88 | 0 |
| Red | 0 | 100 | 66 | 2 |
| Black | 0 | 0 | 0 | 100 |
- These values are the closest CMYK build for each seam and are meant as a coordination guide.
- Additional accent seam colors are available in the collection beyond those listed here.
- Because the seam is a physical colored layer, exact on-press appearance can vary slightly from a CMYK simulation.
