Answer
Submit a PDF for proof review and make sure it shows exactly what you expect to see in print, with every layer and element visible as it should appear.
- Flatten or confirm that all layers display correctly, since hidden or turned off layers will not show in the proof.
- Check that fonts are embedded and images are high resolution so nothing drops out or looks soft.
- Include your full design area, with bleed and safe margins respected.
If your proof does not match what you expected, reject it and note the specific layers or elements that are not showing correctly so support can troubleshoot quickly.
