What happens if I accept the online proof?
Answer
Accepting the online proof locks in the file and layout exactly as shown. Make sure you also approve the order, which finalizes it and authorizes production.
- Who can approve: only the account holder can approve the proof.
- Two steps: review and accept the online proof, then approve the order to finalize it.
- Production: the job then moves into the print queue and is scheduled for completion on your selected turnaround.
- Shipping: shipment is arranged by the shipping method you chose at checkout.
- If the order stalls: check that the final approval step is complete.
Review carefully first, since changes after approval usually mean a new order.
