What type of files do you accept for Event Badges?
Answer
Upload a print-ready PDF if you have one. It locks your fonts, layout, and color into the file, which is what keeps a badge printing as designed.
- PDF (preferred): flattened, high resolution, fonts embedded or outlined
- JPG (.jpg): saved at full quality
- TIFF (.tiff): flattened, high resolution
- EPS (.eps): vector artwork with fonts outlined
Build the badge at 300 DPI in CMYK color with the required bleed, and keep names and logos back from the trim edge.
