What if I'm not happy with my envelope order?

Every order is backed by 4OVER4's five guarantees (quality, price match, on time every time, customer service and ultimate satisfaction). If something is not right with your envelopes, the customer service team will work with you to make it right.

• The quality guarantee covers the print and production of your order: if the result does not match your approved proof, from color drift and misregistration to smudges, scuffing, off sizing, or the wrong or flawed stock, it qualifies for a reprint or refund.
• The satisfaction guarantee means the support team steps in if the result does not meet expectations; these sit alongside 4OVER4's quality, price match, on time every time and customer service guarantees, five in all.
• Reach out to customer service within 30 days of receiving the order, with your order and job numbers, a description of exactly what is wrong, and clear photos of the issue in good light (a photo with a ruler helps for size problems) so they can resolve it quickly.
• The sooner you flag a problem after delivery, the faster it is resolved, and approving your digital proof carefully up front is the best way to keep the finished piece on target.
