Answer
Four file types work across the dry erase collection, and a print-ready PDF gives the most predictable result, because your fonts, layout, and color travel inside it.
- PDF (preferred): flattened, high resolution, fonts embedded or outlined
- JPG (.jpg): a full quality export
- TIFF (.tiff): flattened, high resolution
- EPS (.eps): vector artwork with fonts outlined
Set the artwork at 300 DPI in CMYK and add the required bleed before you upload, so the printed panel trims cleanly on every side.
