Do you offer direct mail services?

Yes. Direct mail service is available for postcards and brochures, plus letters and flyers, so we can print your piece and send it straight to your recipients.

• Choose the direct mail option on eligible products; an instant estimate is available in the direct mail postcards section.
• Upload a spreadsheet with your mailing list during the order (an Excel file works for the mail merge), and variable data printing on select products lets each piece carry a unique name or offer.
• We handle addressing, sorting, sealing or wafer-sealing where the product calls for it, postage, and delivery to the post office from there.
• EDDM (Every Door Direct Mail) is also available, reaching every address on chosen postal routes without buying a mailing list.
• Mail classes include first-class and standard presort, with different speeds and costs depending on quantity and timeline.
• Direct mail artwork follows specific layout rules: keep the address and indicia zones clear so the mailing stays eligible for the intended postage rate. Ask the team for the full requirements and a template.

This lets you cover printing and mailing in a single order instead of managing them separately. Options vary by product, so confirm details with support, and a clean mailing list up front keeps the mail-out on schedule.

Assembly and kitting before mailing can also be quoted.

• Mailing starts at 500 pieces, and mail processing adds 1 to 4 business days to the print turnaround.
• Lists come as Excel (recommended), CSV or TXT, and are deduplicated and checked for bad addresses.
• The calculator shows the mailing service fee, the postage per piece and the postage cost on their own lines; postage is paid with the order.
• Pieces mail under our permit and indicia by default; your own permit, including a nonprofit permit, is possible with coordination. Nonprofit rates need an active USPS nonprofit account and PS Form 3623.
• Tip-on printing attaches cards or samples to mailers.
