Supply a clean vector die line (SVG works) separated from your print artwork, extend the color into a small bleed past the cut line, and a proof of the custom shape can be provided before production. Pricing depends on the outline's complexity and whether a new die must be created, so cleaner geometric shapes cut more economically, and the cut adds a finishing step to turnaround.
