Can I reorder a design I previously created without starting from scratch?

It depends on where the design was made. Artwork created in the free online design tool is saved to your account and easy to reuse, while files made elsewhere do not have an automatic reorder path.

• Made in the online design tool: open it from your account, edit if needed, and place a new order.
• Made outside the tool: there is no automatic reorder, but the team can assist with edits for an additional fee.

To reorder a saved design, sign in, open Saved Items in your account, use the Actions menu on the design you want, and select Print to send it straight to your cart. You can duplicate the layout and simply update details like a name or a date before checkout. If you cannot find a previously saved design, contact support to help locate or retrieve it.

If you plan to reorder often, building in the online design tool keeps future runs quick since the saved design is always available to tweak.
