Question
What should I do if my messenger delivery doesn't arrive?
Answer
If a messenger delivery does not show up, act fast. Contact 4OVER4 support right away with your order number so we can start tracing it with the courier.
- Reach out immediately. Messenger jobs move on a same-day clock.
- Support will contact the messenger service to investigate and locate the package.
- Have your delivery address and any building access notes ready.
- If the package cannot be recovered, we will help you reorder and route it to an alternate address.
The sooner you flag it, the better the odds the courier can still complete or recover the delivery.
