Question

What production and delivery timeframes should I expect?

Answer

Production time and shipping transit are separate parts of your total delivery estimate. Standard production is 5 business days, with faster rush tiers available, and transit is added on top.

Rush3 or 4 business days
  • Delivery transit depends on your location and shipping method, for example UPS Ground typically adds about 3 transit days.
  • Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed once a package is with the carrier.
  • For a rush order, contact support immediately, since rush tiers often have same-day approval deadlines.
