Does 4OVER4 charge sales tax only on New York State shipments and pickups?

Sales tax is charged only on orders shipped within New York State and on customer pickups. Orders shipped outside New York State have no sales tax.

• New York State: orders shipped to a New York State address, and orders picked up, are charged sales tax.
• Out-of-state deliveries: shipments outside New York State are not charged sales tax.
• Tax exemption: sales tax on orders placed more than 30 days ago is not refunded after an exemption certificate arrives.
