How do I upload photos or search for images in the online designer?
Answer
The online designer opens a small popup window to bring in artwork, so image tools like uploading and searching usually fail because that popup was blocked rather than because the design was rejected. Getting it working is almost always a browser settings fix.
- Allow popups for the site in your browser, then reopen the designer so the image window can load.
- Use the photo or image button inside the tool to upload a file from your device or run a search.
- If nothing happens, refresh the page and try a different browser such as Chrome, Edge, or Safari.
- If the problem continues, contact support and attach a screenshot of what you see so the IT team can trace it.
