What are the different invoice statuses and what do they mean?
Answer
4OVER4 invoices move through three statuses as they are processed for payment. Each one tells you where your invoice sits in the approval and payment cycle.
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Invoice Received | Your invoice has been received and is being processed. |
| Invoice In Progress | It is being reviewed and is moving through approval. |
| Invoice Processed | It has been approved and is scheduled for payment in the next check run. |
- Check runs happen each Thursday.
- If Thursday is a holiday, the check run shifts to the closest operating business day.
