Question

How do I resubmit files for an order on hold?

Answer

When an order is placed on hold for a file issue, you can swap in corrected files yourself from your account without starting over. Technical review is a good window to do it, since the file has not been sent to press yet.

  • Log into your 4OVER4 account and open your order history.
  • Find the order number that is on hold and open it.
  • Use the Upload button to add your new or revised files.
  • Alternatively, email the corrected file as an attachment to support, referencing your order number so the newest file is matched to the right job.
  • Submit the files to send the order back into the technical review queue, where the updated file runs through review in place of the old one.
  • Watch for an email confirming the files passed review and production resumed, and for a new proof reflecting the corrected artwork.

Orders are reviewed on a first come, first served basis, so resubmitting promptly keeps your timeline on track.
