What is the process for creating a custom shape or order?

A custom shape starts with a die-line, the outline that tells production exactly where to cut. Everything else is built around that file.

• A die-line file is required to show where the custom cuts will be.
• The die-line sits on its own layer, separate from the printed artwork.
• Keep important elements inside the cut line, with bleed extending past it.
• Have your artwork, desired shape, size, and quantity ready, since custom work is quoted based on the shape and setup involved and any die fee shows in your quote, or on the product page before checkout for the online die-cut products.

Supply the die-line with your artwork and the custom cut can be produced to that outline.

You can also supply the cut shape as a solid black mask file: a solid black shape of the exact outline, uploaded with your artwork so the two align.
