I created my files in a program other than the ones indicated on your site. What do I do?

You are not locked into a specific set of design programs. Most popular applications can produce a file that prints correctly, as long as you export it to a print-ready format.

• We accept most popular file formats, so your program of choice is rarely a blocker.
• It is best to export all artwork to a PDF, which preserves layout, fonts, and color the most reliably.
• Set your document to the correct final size with bleed before you export.
• Flatten transparency and embed or outline fonts so nothing shifts on our end.

A single flattened PDF is the safest way to move a design from any program into production.
