What email notifications will I receive about my orders?
Answer
By default your account is set up to receive the full set of order emails, so you stay informed from checkout through delivery. Notifications are all-or-nothing per account rather than individually toggled.
| Notification | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| Order confirmation | Your order was placed successfully |
| Production updates | Status alerts such as cutting notifications |
| Invoice | Billing record for the order |
| Shipping notification | Your order has shipped, with tracking |
- If one email contact is set on the account, that person receives every notification.
- Granular control (choosing only some email types) is not available. It is all notifications or none.
- To change who receives emails or turn them off, contact support.
